My ribeye was charred perfectly on the outside while remaining juicy and medium-rare inside-full of natural flavour with just the right touch of seasoning.
Aside from steak, the menu offers a well-rounded selection, including traditional Argentine starters like empanadas and provoleta, as well as sides such as chimichurri-topped chips and grilled vegetables. The wine list deserves its own praise, showcasing a strong selection of Malbecs that pair beautifully with the rich meat dishes. Service was attentive and knowledgeable, with staff offering pairing recommendations and checking in regularly.
